Crunwere House

A tranquil piece of Pembrokeshire, close to everything worth visiting

The House

Crunwere House is a Grade 2 listed Georgian Rectory, located within Pembrokeshire. It provides accommodation for up to 12 people, within 5 bedrooms.

With a large dining room, 2 lounges, kitchen, a breakfast room and conservatory, there is ample space for when the weather isn't at its best! For the better days there is a large private garden to relax in.

There is ample driveway parking for guests.

Sustainability

Old houses aren't renowned for their energy efficiency. Crunwere House has been improved over the years to make it as energy efficient as possible.

Heating is provided by a ground source heat pump (GSHP) system which has hugely reduced the dependence on oil fired boilers and allows the house to be background heated all year round for a fraction of it's pre-GSHP carbon footprint. This helps keep the fabric of the house warm and dry, making it a lovely place to be all year round.

The house also produces electricity from a wind turbine, with the remaining being exported to the National Grid.
